ACCOUNT MANAGER TRAINEE

The successful candidate for this position will begin as an account team member and be provided opportunities to learn all aspects of the product and system. Should their progress and business conditions permit, they would assume full Account Manager responsibilities in 6-9 months.

Primary Responsibilities
• Assist in the processing of transactions including the data entry of freight invoices.
• Manage and operate the systems for processing freight invoice transactions for customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with customers for day-to-day needs concerning their account.
• Supervise account management team personnel to ensure high customer satisfaction and efficient processing.
• Manage exception transactions to ensure on-time payment and permanent resolution of the root causes associated with exceptions.
• Support, maintain and document customer processes.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related program, required.
• Good alphanumeric data entry skills, required.
• Track record of delivering above-average customer service, preferred.

OPERATIONS DEVELOPER

We are looking to expand our team by adding an Operations Developer to assist in the production of its proprietary applications and systems.

Primary Responsibilities
• Work closely with Sr. Management to maintain, research, design, develop, configure, integrate, and test existing and new operations applications.
• Assist in performance tuning, improvement, and usability refinement.
• Support, maintain and document software functionality.
• Maintain and enforce compliance with standards.
• Keep abreast of the latest technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science or M.I.S. program, required.
• Experience working with Web Services, Ajax, and ASP .Net using 4.5 Framework utilizing C#, preferred.
• Experience working with EDI transactions, preferred. • Experience working with relational SQL databases such as SQL Server 2012 or greater, Oracle, NoSQL, or MySQL, preferred.

BUSINESS ANALYST/IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATOR

We are looking to expand our team by adding a Business Analyst/Implementation Coordinator to assist in the production of its proprietary applications and systems.

This is a new position intended to augment our sales and implementation team to accommodate an influx of new customer business and projects from existing customers. It is a junior level position with high potential for growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between A3 staff and new customers for implementation of freight payment services
• Gathering of business requirements
• Documentation of business requirements
• Flowcharting of high-level solution
• Testing of final solution
• Facilitating ongoing change management for existing solutions

Requirements & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s Degree in a business or communications discipline, required. 
• 1-3 years’ experience in a business environment, highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills 
• Project management experience highly preferred 
• Freight payment experience highly preferred 
• Ability to travel (<10% time)
